The quality of the products is one of the fundamental factors of competitiveness and success which has allowed the company to quickly gain the esteem and appreciation of even the most demanding customers, thus motivating the decision to introduce a quality management system, able to clearly and unambiguously regulate the performance of their work and optimize the organization of resources.
This choice, in addition to guaranteeing an optimal system for reducing costs and maintaining high quality standards, has allowed us to obtain the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Quality policy (AL 5.2 rev. 1 of 06.02.2018)

The primary objectives of the BOSELLI BCM Group are:

  • the complete satisfaction of the needs and expectations of the customer and the market;
  • the achievement and maintenance of a primary reputation for the quality of its products and services.

To achieve these objectives, the following general criteria apply:

  • Compliance with the laws in force and contractual regulations.
  • Compliance with the selected Quality Assurance standard: UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
  • Prevention of defects.
  • Individual responsibility for the quality of work.
  • Responsibility of the leaders regarding the quality of the work carried out by their collaborators.
  • Continuous Quality Improvement.
  • Structured training in the disciplines of Quality, of all functions at all levels.
  • Measurement of the adequacy, compliance and effectiveness of the QMS through internal and external audits;
  • Availability and visibility of data records which constitutes objective proof of product quality.
  • Apply the concept of “thinking with risk”.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities.

The application of this policy provides that the Organization’s Quality Management System is documented by prescriptions capable of integrating and coordinating all the activities relating to Quality, carried out by all functions at all levels, necessary to achieve the objectives established. The necessary documentation is collected in the Quality Manual to be kept up to date in order to represent the intentions of the Organization regarding the total management of Quality and to serve as a basis for the Evaluation and Certification of the Organization by Clients and National Bodies / International officials. The Quality Policy must be understood at all levels of the corporate organizational structure. It is therefore distributed to all holders of the Quality Manual and to all staff. It is also included in personnel training courses, especially for newly hired personnel. This choice, in addition to guaranteeing an optimal system for reducing costs and maintaining high quality standards, has allowed us to obtain the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.
